About Us
We are the owners of Villa Tenevski, Magdalena and Zoran Dimov. We want to share with you all the beauty of the Plachkovica mountain by accommodating you in our beautiful villa.
As a family of architects and civil engineers, we designed and built our villa with a lot of love and attention to every detail in order to create a true home for rest and recreation, but also for fun and unforgettable adventures. We spent wonderful moments and created unforgettable memories in this villa, so now we decided that you should feel the same. It is a space for rest, work, recreation and unforgettable adventures and events. Come and enjoy all the beauty of 1,450 meters above sea level, in a gentle forest landscape and top-notch accommodation and service.

A 28 m2 room, fully furnished with a sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table, a fireplace with central heating, a chest of drawers with a TV and Wi-Fi, spaciously connected to the kitchen and the other rooms. With a high sloping ceiling, an internal roof terrace, a place for daily socializing and relaxation. Exit to a comfortable terrace overlooking the mountain sunset.

A circular room of 14m2 equipped with a work table for food preparation, a sink, hanging cabinets, a refrigerator, a wood stove for additional heating in winter and food preparation in the traditional way – on a stove and oven, a table with 4 chairs, a grill and other kitchen appliances. The bathroom is functionally divided into two parts: a primary part with a sink with a wall mirror and a toilet, and an intimate part with a built-in bathtub in the floor and an electric hot water heater. In addition to this toilet, the villa also has a separate toilet that is functionally connected to the living room and the back yard.

Raised 1m above the ground floor, a few steps lead to the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe for clothes and bedding, a small table and several wall shelves. Well lit, with a view of the basketball court. It provides accommodation for two people.

Going up the concrete staircase to the first floor, you are greeted by a two-story open gallery overlooking the living room and, through a semicircular roof window, a view of the beautiful western side of the mountain. There is also a circular bedroom with a double bed and two additional beds – armchairs. Accommodation is provided for 2 to 4 guests.

Next to the circular bedroom is the attic bedroom with 4 beds. Equipped with a table and a wardrobe. To provide more space for storing clothes and bedding, there is an additional wardrobe between the bedrooms.

Fireplace and grill
In the courtyard behind the villa there is a fireplace for enjoying and socializing by the fire, preparing charcoal for the grill, as well as preparing various grilled specialties.
Swimming pool
The pool is a wonderful place to socialize and refresh yourself on hot summer days. Next to it there are two stylish seating areas, one covered with an awning, and can accommodate 12 people. For guests enjoying the pool, sun loungers are provided, as well as special sun umbrellas.

In addition to the many sporting activities offered by the mountain itself: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, gathering medicinal herbs and forest fruits, the villa also has its own basketball court for sports.
